Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote New York Licensed Claims Specialist will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve complex construction claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve construction claims, making informed decisions to bring claims to resolution
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active New York Adjusters' license
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
