Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property & Casualty Claims Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the claims adjusting team, ensuring proper review and resolution of property, auto, and liability claims
• Manage relationships with outside investigative service providers and clients to advance claims to conclusion
• Approve Loss Reports and ensure accurate reserves and settlement recommendations are communicated

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• At least two years of Automobile Supervision experience required
• Knowledge of claims handling concepts, practices, and techniques
• Must possess a NYS Adjuster License or be willing to obtain one
• Two years of experience in auto and general liability casualty claims or equivalent combination of education and experience
