Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a Workers Compensation claims team to manage various caseloads efficiently
• Promote best practices and ensure claims are handled in accordance with organizational standards
• Manage workloads, define team goals, and utilize technology to enhance service quality

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Prior leadership experience of at least 5 years
• Jurisdictional experience in New York
