Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor - Liability.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate general and auto liability claims, determining liability and managing high exposure files
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with clients, claimants, and attorneys to manage claims effectively
• Mentor less experienced adjusters and assist in client development and education

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 3-5 years of experience handling auto/general liability claims or equivalent training and education
• State Adjuster licensing is required; NY license preferred
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong work ethic and time management skills to handle a varied caseload
