Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a Workers Compensation claims team to manage diverse caseloads effectively

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 8 years of related claims experience
• New York License for claims handling
• At least 2 years of prior leadership experience
• Knowledge of team member-related functions
