A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a small Workers Compensation team and manage individual case loads
• Participate in hiring and training adjusters to foster a culture of performance
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers while managing multiple competing priorities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on workers compensation claims adjusting experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
• Bachelor's Degree is desired but not required
