Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Client Advocate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between insurance providers and clients regarding employee status and eligibility for coverage
  • Resolve standard claim issues and assist with complex or non-standard claim appeals
  • Ensure all client data is entered into the CRM system in a timely manner
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Four-year college or university degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of benefit administration or claims processing experience required
  • Knowledge of Medical, Dental, Vision Plans, and Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Experience with Insurance Carrier self-service portals is a plus
  • New York State Life, Accident, and Health License a plus or willingness to obtain
