New York Licensed Client Engagement Associate

Job Summary

To support and expand staffing operations throughout New York State, the full-time New York Licensed Client Engagement Associate will manage and grow staffing accounts, serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, and coordinate recruiting activities in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and grow staffing accounts across New York State
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, recruiters, consultants, and internal leadership
• Coordinate staffing requirements, candidate submissions, interviews, onboarding, and consultant engagement activities

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, or workforce solutions
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
• Experience coordinating recruiting and onboarding activities
• Knowledge of staffing industry processes, contract staffing, and consultant management
