New York Licensed Clinical Coding Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Pharmacist Clinical Coding Consulting - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support to Clinical Coding Pharmacists for high-quality clinical coding
• Recruit, train, and manage new team members for client implementations
• Conduct annual performance reviews and establish personal development plans for team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license (any U.S. state)
• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Consultant or Clinical Pharmacist in Formulary/UM operations
• 1+ years of clinical client-facing or formulary consulting experience
• Experience working within a PBM and in RXClaim or other claims adjudication systems
