New York Licensed Clinical Dietitian

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Dietitian to support nutritional care for members in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess nutritional status and prescribe medically tailored meals for members with chronic conditions
• Provide individualized health education and create appropriate nutritional interventions
• Maintain current knowledge of dietetics practice and ensure quality nutrition services are delivered

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Registered Dietitian credential and active licensure to practice in New York State
• Fluency in Spanish
• Strong understanding of clinical nutrition related to chronic conditions
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth platforms
