Job Summary

Providing senior leadership for the Health Plan's behavioral health strategy, the full-time New York Licensed Clinical Director will direct and evaluate behavioral health and social service programs, ensuring compliance and integration with medical care management in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate behavioral health and social service programs for Medicare Total Advantage and Medicare Health Advantage
• Serve as the primary liaison to the delegated behavioral health vendor, overseeing regulatory readiness and clinical program compliance
• Guide policy and procedure development to meet managed care requirements and enhance member experience outcomes

Required qualifications

• LMSW or LCSW license
• Bachelor's degree (required)
• 1-3 years of behavioral health managed care case management experience
• 3-5 years of experience with Serious Mental Illness and Substance Use Disorder (psychiatric inpatient/outpatient preferred)
• Strong process/workflow design and project management skills in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
