Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Business Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and lead the Clinical Business Monitoring Team, enhancing monitoring tools and implementing process improvements
• Manage and develop direct reports, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop audit plans and monitor metrics for quality and efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• A Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting, managed care, or business reporting/analytics
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• A related New York certification or licensure is required
• Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Case Manager (CCM)
