New York Licensed Clinical Operations Director

Job Summary

Leading the oversight of health assessments and clinical documentation, the full-time remote New York Licensed Clinical Operations Director will manage a team of RNs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enhance clinical quality within the NY CDPAP program.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee annual health screenings and pre-employment evaluations for NY CDPAP Personal Assistants in collaboration with vendors
• Maintain compliance with home care regulations and ensure adherence to internal quality guidelines
• Support staff development and process improvement initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred
• Current, active RN license in good standing in the state of New York
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Prior experience in home care, community health, or managed care strongly preferred
