Job Summary

Leveraging clinical expertise in a hybrid role, the full-time Clinical Operations Manager will lead a Customer Consultation and Support team, ensuring families receive appropriate adaptive equipment while managing team dynamics and liaising with manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation to evaluate child measurements and recommend adaptive solutions
• Lead and mentor a support team, serving as the final point of escalation for complex inquiries
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams on product specifications and custom solutions

Required qualifications

• Current PT, OT, PTA, OTA license or ATP certification
• Hands-on experience with pediatric adaptive equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
