New York Licensed Clinical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Program Manager to oversee utilization review and case management in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage utilization management for diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, and children with behavioral health needs
• Oversee a team of professionals, providing direction, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to benchmarks
• Coordinate care with internal and external partners and implement new product initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Master's level professional independent license in New York (LCSW, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist, or RN with 5+ years of Behavioral Health experience)
• 6+ years of experience in substance use disorder and behavioral health
• 5+ years of experience working with the child and adolescent population
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a relevant field
• Experience in New York's mental health and substance abuse services delivery system
