New York Licensed Clinical Program Manager

Job Summary

New York Licensed Clinical Program Manager oversees a remote team of Behavioral Health Care Advocates responsible for utilization management and case management of inpatient and outpatient Behavioral Health services, working full-time with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee utilization management and case management for diverse populations with mental health and substance use disorders
• Manage and guide a team of Behavioral Health Care Advocates, including hiring and onboarding new employees
• Coordinate care with internal and external partners while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Clinician in New York (LCSW, LMHC, LP, or RN with 5+ years of Behavioral Health experience)
• 6+ years of experience in Behavioral Health, including work with children and adolescents
• 3+ years of management experience in a Behavioral Health setting
• Experience with New York public and commercial mental health and substance abuse services
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Electronic Medical Records
