Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Psychotherapist- SCPS.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based treatment to children, youth, and families in foster care settings
• Conduct mental health evaluations and develop treatment plans as directed
• Engage in crisis intervention and participate in clinical planning meetings to ensure continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
• Must hold a provisional license or obtain a limited permit/license within one month of employment
• Experience treating children and adolescents in a child welfare setting
• Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses and evidence-based models such as CBT
• Commitment to complying with New York State Central Register of Abuse and Neglect protocols
