Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time New York Licensed Clinical Service Lead in Women's Health/Urgent Care will manage daily operations, triage clinical escalations, and maintain clinical practice while mentoring staff in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own daily operations for the Women's Health/Urgent Care service line, including task reassignment and workload balancing
- Triage and resolve clinical escalations, serving as the first-line escalation point before clinical management
- Maintain clinical practice expectations while handling complex patient cases and contributing to clinical protocol updates
Required qualifications
- Active, unencumbered NP license (FNP, AGNP, or AGACNP) and compact RN license for multistate practice
- National board certification (AANP or ANCC)
- 2+ years as a Clinical NP II or 3+ years equivalent external NP experience with successful internal credentialing
- Telehealth licensure in a minimum of 25 states and full DEA/CDS portfolio matching state licensure
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Women's Health/Urgent Care with consistent top-quartile KPI performance
