New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage client care remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options while contributing to a mission of expanding access to mental health care.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality

Required qualifications:

• Master's level degree in social work or related field with current New York state licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Ability to work effectively with telehealth technology and communication tools
