Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage client care remotely, offering compassionate mental health treatment while adhering to a Monday to Friday schedule with flexible shift options.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth platforms
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals and ensure continuity of care

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work and current New York state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Ability to maintain a private and HIPAA-compliant workspace while working remotely
