Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work remotely, focusing on mental health care for a diverse patient population and offering support in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and current New York state licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Comfortable using telehealth software and technology for patient interactions
