New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage client care, treatment planning, and utilize technology while working remotely with a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing mental health support and treatment planning
• Utilize telehealth software and communication tools to deliver services effectively
• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve their mental health goals

Required qualifications:

• Master's level degree in social work and current New York licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Ability to maintain a private work-from-home environment for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
