Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work remotely, focusing on delivering compassionate mental health care and treatment planning while accommodating a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work and valid New York state licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Comfortable using telehealth software and technology for patient care
