Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work remotely, managing patient care with a focus on mental health treatment and utilizing technology for client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Utilize technology effectively for patient assessments and communication

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work and New York state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Ability to maintain a private work environment for HIPAA compliance
