New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth program, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide outpatient mental health services remotely, working Monday through Friday with flexible shift options.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient therapy services through telehealth to a diverse patient population
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals while maintaining HIPAA compliance

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work and active New York LCSW licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred, with additional languages a plus
• Ability to work in a home environment that ensures patient privacy and safety
