Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage client care, treatment planning, and utilize technology to deliver mental health support remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments
• Utilize technology effectively for communication and documentation in a remote setting

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in social work and current New York licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred
• Ability to maintain a private workspace that complies with HIPAA regulations
