New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage client care, treatment planning, and utilize technology to deliver mental health support remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
• Provide therapy and support to clients via telehealth, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals while utilizing telehealth software effectively

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and current New York licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Ability to maintain a private and secure work-from-home environment for patient safety
