New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage patient care remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options and enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services via telehealth to a diverse patient population
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve their goals
• Utilize technology effectively for patient communication and documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and valid New York state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Ability to maintain a private workspace that complies with patient safety and confidentiality standards
