Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists providing telehealth services
• Provide supervision and mentorship to emerging therapists as they accumulate clinical hours
• Contribute to the practice's culture and support the professional growth of associates

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• A Master's degree in Social Work
• A valid LCSW license in good standing in the state of New York
• Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor
• Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
