Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop assigned Staff Therapists through clinical supervision and consultation
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of clinical staff
• Ensure quality assurance in service delivery, including clinical care and documentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Advanced degree in a mental health discipline with active licensure in New York (LCSW, PsyD, PhD)
• At least three years of experience in assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy
• Minimum of three years of experience in therapy within a specialty/niche
• At least one year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Education and training in implementing various therapeutic modalities
