New York Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a growing behavioral health team, the full-time salaried New York Licensed Clinical Supervisor will manage a team of Behavioral Health Specialists, provide training and direction, and ensure compliance with company policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Train new hires on company policies and clinical protocols, serving as the first-line resource for employee inquiries
• Track team performance and report on productivity, quality, and compliance metrics
• Liaise with the Medical Group Management team to address concerns and propose solutions for operational improvements

Required qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Supervisor or in a similar role
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical laws
• Ability to handle medical records and employee documents with discretion
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and team cohesion
