Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Therapist in New York.

Key Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to young adults
Document sessions and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using the electronic health record
Develop treatment plans and communicate with other teams to support care continuation

Required Qualifications

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Preferred: Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP)
Active State License in New York; additional state licensures are a plus
Experience with crisis intervention and treatment planning
Background in providing services to young adults or experience in community mental health
