Key Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers clinical and non-clinical training programs for staff

• Evaluates training effectiveness and maintains records of training activities and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Current RN or Social Work License
• 1-2 years of experience in training or staff development within a healthcare environment
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in care management or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or social work
