Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collaborating Physician in New York, remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for Advance Practice Providers (APPs) in home assessments and nursing facilities
• Be available for consults with APPs via telephonic or electronic means
• Conduct chart reviews and sign collaborative agreements for supervised NPs/PAs

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• At least three years of post-residency clinical experience
• Licensed to practice medicine in New York state
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Primary Care
• Current NY state and federal DEA certification
