New York Licensed Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

To support complex commercial transactions in a rapidly evolving field, the full-time New York Licensed Commercial Counsel will manage legal strategies for partnership ecosystems, draft and negotiate agreements, and provide strategic counsel to the Partnerships team, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end legal strategy for ElevenLabs' partnership ecosystem, including agreements for ISV and platform integrations
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements focused on partnerships and enterprise customer contracts
• Provide strategic legal counsel to the Partnerships team, balancing risk management with growth objectives

Required qualifications

• J.D. and active membership in at least one U.S. State Bar (New York preferred)
• 7+ years of relevant post-qualification legal experience, preferably in-house in technology or SaaS
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex technology and partnership agreements
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and intellectual property
• Experience designing and launching channel partner or marketplace programs
