Job Summary

New York Licensed Commercial Lines Manager, seeking a full-time hybrid professional to provide customer support, manage commercial accounts, and assist with product and service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and accurate service to clients and producers
• Handle renewal submissions and create proposals for the sales team
• Manage daily account management of assigned commercial business

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial insurance customer service or sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Active New York Property & Casualty insurance license
• Claims experience is helpful, but not required
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
