New York Licensed Commercial Lines Team Lead

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, the full-time remote New York Licensed Commercial Lines Team Lead will provide leadership and support to Account Managers while ensuring high-quality service delivery and client retention.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support Commercial Lines Account Managers through coaching and training
• Manage a designated portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals and complex client service needs
• Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues and ensure timely resolution

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance with account management responsibilities
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance products and policy servicing practices
• Experience with agency management systems, preferably Applied Epic
