Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commissioning Program Manager - Construction Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with procurement to evaluate and hire 3rd party commissioning vendors
- Manage implementation of commissioning program standards for design and construction teams
- Support and facilitate the commissioning process across all design, construction, and occupancy phases
Required Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of building codes, ASHRAE standards, and regulations
- Demonstrated proficiency in BIM coordination and clash detection
- Significant experience in the construction or similar industries, specifically with commissioning processes
- Expertise in Revit and advanced skills in Bluebeam and Autodesk Suite
- Experience training vendors on commissioning programs
