Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commissioning Program Manager - Construction Projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with procurement to evaluate and hire 3rd party commissioning vendors
  • Manage implementation of commissioning program standards for design and construction teams
  • Support and facilitate the commissioning process across all design, construction, and occupancy phases
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, ASHRAE standards, and regulations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in BIM coordination and clash detection
  • Significant experience in the construction or similar industries, specifically with commissioning processes
  • Expertise in Revit and advanced skills in Bluebeam and Autodesk Suite
  • Experience training vendors on commissioning programs
