Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex, long-term construction projects from initiation to completion, including contract development, schedules, and budgets
• Continuously communicate with project contacts to ensure seamless project execution
• Resolve issues related to assigned projects with schools, contractors, or consultants

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience managing construction projects
• Energy-related technical knowledge of the P-12 school sector
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana)
• Ability to develop contracts and manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• Proficient in using computer software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
