Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outside Activities and Consulting Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and approve or reject Outside Business Activities and Passive Investments in accordance with policies
• Partner with stakeholders to identify regulatory risks and provide risk assessments for new initiatives
• Train new Field Supervisors on regulatory obligations related to Outside Business Activities and Passive Investments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
• FINRA Series 7 and 24 required
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the insurance, investment, or financial services industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technologies
• Sound decision-making skills and ability to solve complex operational problems
