New York Licensed Corporate Attorney

Job Summary

To support an active pipeline of high-priority transactions, a New York Licensed Corporate Attorney will manage multiple M&A deals remotely on a full-time basis, overseeing due diligence through closing while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage simultaneous M&A transactions from due diligence through closing
• Serve as the deal quarterback, tracking timelines and ensuring successful execution across all stages
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements and transaction-related materials

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Corporate M&A or transactional experience
• Active bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction required
• Demonstrated ability to manage deals independently and run point on multiple transactions
• Strong background in commercial and corporate transactions, preferably M&A
• Experience in the healthcare industry or regulatory framework is a plus
