New York Licensed Corporate Finance Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing finance practice, the full-time remote New York Licensed Corporate Finance Attorney will advise clients on asset finance and securitization transactions, structure and negotiate transaction documents, and manage sophisticated client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of asset finance and securitization transactions
• Structure, draft, and negotiate transaction documents, including securitization agreements and other financing instruments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex financings

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice in New York
• Minimum 5+ years of substantive corporate finance transactions experience, including securitization and structured finance
• Direct law firm experience preferred
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience managing complex financing structures
