Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW, LMHC).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop differential diagnosis
• Create and implement co-created personalized treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team
• Conduct short-term crisis psychotherapy sessions and manage a caseload of patients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, clinical social work, or related fields
• Master's degree in social work or mental health counseling
• Active clinical social work or mental health counseling license in New York
• At least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure
• Experience with clinical assessments, risk management, and using validated clinical tools
