Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative - Personal Lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls and documents interactions according to department protocols
• Responds to insured questions and problems, providing accurate information or conducting necessary research
• Obtains comparative quotes on personal lines insurance and audits insurance applications for accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 or more years of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Proficiency with computers, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• NYS Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
