Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to manage and service new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients through superior customer service
  • Lead communications and oversee the transition of new clients into the Judi platform
  • Provide ongoing client support and identify execution risks and mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Pharmacy Technician license preferred
  • 3+ years working directly with complex clients
  • 3+ years at a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) or Health Plan
  • 2+ years working in a retail pharmacy or pharmacy operations
