Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Consultant to manage and service new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients through superior customer service
- Lead communications and oversee the transition of new clients into the Judi platform
- Provide ongoing client support and identify execution risks and mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Pharmacy Technician license preferred
- 3+ years working directly with complex clients
- 3+ years at a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) or Health Plan
- 2+ years working in a retail pharmacy or pharmacy operations
