Job Summary

To provide comprehensive nutritional care, the full-time salaried New York Licensed Dietitian will assess, implement, and evaluate patient nutritional plans remotely while assisting in menu modifications and offering guidance to patients and families.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop patient-specific care plans
• Provide nutritional education and counseling to patients and their families
• Assist in menu modifications and oversee food service workers in proper food handling

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Current Registered Dietitian Certification with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Certified Dietitian Nutritionist in New York State (CDN), as needed
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Advanced/specialized certifications, as needed
