New York Licensed Discovery Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting a national litigation team, the full-time New York Licensed Discovery Paralegal will manage investigations, collections, and the organization of discovery databases, with a flexible hybrid or remote working arrangement available.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform investigation and collection duties to respond to litigation discovery requests under attorney supervision
• Obtain and manage client documents, identifying potentially relevant materials for each case
• Maintain and organize evidentiary data and case-related information in accordance with best records management practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; a degree in paralegal studies or a Paralegal Certificate is a plus
• Minimum 1-2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems is a plus
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
• Familiarity with collaboration and work management software is a plus
