New York Licensed Education Manager

Job Summary

To enhance clinical education initiatives, the full-time New York Licensed Education Manager will plan, manage, and evaluate clinical orientation and ongoing training programs for staff, collaborating with leadership and ensuring compliance with educational standards, while working remotely with monthly travel to the NY office.

Key responsibilities

• Manages and delivers program-specific clinical education programs to foster high-quality care and professional staff development
• Collaborates with Education staff to develop an annual training calendar and ensures alignment with CMS Triple Aim framework
• Conducts educational needs assessments and designs new curriculum and training materials to meet regulatory compliance and staff competency needs

Required qualifications

• Current license and registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
• Master's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent work experience also required
• Minimum five years' experience in Grievance and Appeals within healthcare settings
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, patient care, and clinical processes
• Experience in assessing and designing clinical education programs preferred
