Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Account Executive to manage client relationships and provide strategic consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and retain an existing book of business and acquire new clients
- Conduct regular meetings with clients for claims reviews, compliance updates, and renewal planning
- Develop and present new business strategies and client communications on benefits legislation and industry trends
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- NYS Life, Accident & Health License required
- Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree required
- 10+ years of experience in large group Employee Benefits customer service/account management
- Experience with 100-500 life group and fully insured, level-funded & self-funding plans
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in creating spreadsheets
