Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Account Executive to manage client relationships and provide strategic consulting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and retain an existing book of business and acquire new clients
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients for claims reviews, compliance updates, and renewal planning
  • Develop and present new business strategies and client communications on benefits legislation and industry trends
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • NYS Life, Accident & Health License required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in large group Employee Benefits customer service/account management
  • Experience with 100-500 life group and fully insured, level-funded & self-funding plans
  • Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in creating spreadsheets
