Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Account Executive to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated book of Employee Benefits business, ensuring proactive and high touch client support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity firms and portfolio companies
- Advise clients on benefits strategy, market trends, regulatory updates, and plan level recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Active State Life, Accident & Health license or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of Employee Benefits experience supporting mid to large groups
- M&A/due diligence experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
