Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Account Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated book of Employee Benefits business, ensuring proactive and high touch client support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity firms and portfolio companies
  • Advise clients on benefits strategy, market trends, regulatory updates, and plan level recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • Active State Life, Accident & Health license or ability to obtain within 60 days
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of Employee Benefits experience supporting mid to large groups
  • M&A/due diligence experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
